Tonkotsu is a group of Ramen shop, specializing in Tonkotsu Ramen (noodles in rich, creamy soup made with pork bones). It started with a Saturday night pop-up in 2011 and now became a national chain, running 16 branches, 14 in London and 2 in regional towns.
They make all their noodles fresh every day. They make noodles, broths, Katsu curries, gyoza and sides from scratch to offer their customers the best Japanese taste and dining experience.
