Hiden Curry is a tiny pop-up style shop, serving authentic Japanese curry. Two years after it opened its door in 2020, they launched a second shop in Camden.
Using only the freshest ingredients, chef Hideaki Yoshiyama prepares every single batch absolutely from scratch, with his secret blend of spices. Their signature Beef Curry, Vegan Curry and Chicken Mild Curry, which are surprisingly sweet but also hot and savoury. They served the curries with chosen toppings such as Katsu, boiled egg and Karaage (fried chicken) or with nothing, just curry and rice.
秘伝カリーは、本格的な日本のカレーを提供する小さなポップアップスタイルの店。2020年にオープンしてから2年後、カムデンに２号店を開店した。シェフの吉山英明氏は、新鮮な食材と隠し味のスパイスを使用し、全てを手作りで準備している。看板メニューのビーフカレー、ビーガンカレー、チキンマイルドカレーは、甘みがありながら、辛くて味が深い。カレーはカツ、ゆで卵、唐揚げなどのトッピング、または何もせずにカレーとライスだけで楽しめる。
