Ippudo is a Japanese Ramen bar, running 4 branches across Central London. The shop is originated from Fukuoka, Japan in 80s and expanded its business within Japan, then other Asian countries and Australia before opening the first shop in London in 2014.
They offer a good selection of authentic Ramen, all made in Fukuoka-style with Tonkotsu broth (seaweed and mushroom broth for vegetarian). Hirata buns with the options of pork, shrimp or vegetable fillings are also very popular as a great accompaniment with the Ramen.
