Kanadaya is a small group Ramen bar, running 5 branches across London. The owner opened the shop in Kyushu many years ago and then launched the first branch in London in 2014.
The shops specialize in authentic Tonkotsu ramen – very rich and extremely meaty pork broth and serve in different styles with choice of toppings. Other dishes such as karaage (fried chicken), Onigiri (rice balls), Japanese curry are available.
金田屋は、ロンドンに5つの店舗を運営するラーメンバー。オーナーの金田和浩氏は何年も前に九州で店を開業した後、2014年にロンドンに最初の支店を立ち上げた。
お店は本格的で濃厚なとんこつラーメンを専門としている。唐揚げ、おにぎり、カレーなどの日本料理も楽しめる。日本の酒類も豊富に揃えている。
