Koya launched its first branch in Soho, London in 2010 as a Japanese Udon bar. Since then, they opened 2 other branches, which also specializes in serving freshly made Udon noodles and dashi (Udon soup). The menu also includes a range of IZAKAYA-style small dishes, designed to be enjoyed with sake and draught beers alongside their weekly blackboard specials menu. All the 3 branches offer an authentic Japanese Udon dining experience.
