Necco Japanese Cafe Bar on Exmouth Market is decked out with butterfly-shaped chandeliers, heart-shaped coasters and all manner of other cute things. It’s a small cafe but the menu is broad, everything from donburi to curry, bento or noodle dishes that are offered at very reasonable prices. There’s also a good range of Japanese desserts such as green tea cake, and drinks including thick yuzu milkshake.
